Bushmans are a chemical tank manufacturer who will design and produce each tank for the specific chemical mix and operation it is being used for. Bushmans chemical tanks are suitable for the storage of a wide range of chemicals which are used in a variety of industrial, commercial and government organisations. For example, chemical injection tanks could be used to store chlorine for a swimming pool or to hold Urea at a fertiliser plant. Bulk chemical storage tanks can be trusted to safely store chemicals in a way that they can then be easily used.

Bushmans chemical tanks are made from our own high grade Sunsmart® polyethylene, that is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. Poly chemical storage tanks are used in a lot of different industries. Our chemical mixing tanks have been used in chemical manufacturing and distribution, mining and resources operations, swimming pool operations, commercial warehousing, and building and construction processes.

Our bulk chemical tanks are designed and manufactured to hold specific chemicals, with each application requiring a specific tank grade and specification. The concentration of the chemical will dictate what tank grade that will be needed to safely store the chemical. Our chemical tanks are made with a higher wall thickness and can also be made with a different raw material when compared to a standard water tank.

One of the design elements to consider when choosing which chemical tank is right for a process is the tank specific gravity (SG). A standard water tank has a specific gravity of 1 (SG1.0). Our chemical tanks come in specific gravities of 1.2, 1.5 and 2.0 (SG.1.2, SG1.5 and SG2.0) and if required, Bushmans can manufacture tanks with SG ratings above 2.
